With LeAnn Rimes performing on NBC’s America’s Got Talent Thursday night, with the bikini straddle and all, her fans are gearing up for the upcoming album release date.

Come October 5 Rimes’ new album Lady & Gentlemen will be in stores with the song Swingin included, an 80’s hit for John Anderson back in the day.

It’s crazy to imagine that LeAnn will be turning 28 soon but that she’s already a 15-year veteran of the country music industry.

Just in time for October’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Microsoft is releasing a Special Edition Pink Komen Wireless Mobile Mouse 4000.

The release date for this mouse is September 16, with 10% of the selling price will be going to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure.  We can’t imagine a better way of celebrating October’s awareness month than with a pink gadget.

With the success of Dragon Age, you cannot be surprised that a new installment is on its way.

Announced at this year’s Gamescom Dragon Age 2 is scheduled to release in North America March 8, 2011 and Europe will see the game three days later.

Another in a long line of release date rumors about the Samsung Epic 4G has surfaced, this one with the date of August 21.

The latest date getting tossed around is August 21st, only coming as word from a source with no corroborating evidence.

Take this more as confirmation that you will have to wait a bit longer to get your hands on the full hardware QWERTY keyboard of the Epic 4G and less a reason to get your hopes up. We will file the August 21st release date among the biggest of rumors.

Walt Disney Pictures has just revealed the release date for Tim Burton’s full feature Frankenweenie.

Based on Burton’s 1984 short film about a dog brought back from the dead by his owner, the full feature film will premiere in theaters March 9, 2012.

The new project will see Burton reunited with his Charlie And The Chocolate Factory writer John August for a 3D stop-motion animation that will of course be available in 3D.

Come August 18 Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light will be hitting Xbox Live but the game will not feature online co-op until late September.

September 28 Laura Croft will hit co-op when the game goes live on both the PS3 and PC versions.

Crystal Dynamics global brand director Karl Stewart told Joystiq “If we had launched with online co-op, we wouldn’t feel comfortable that it was the best possible experience for the player.” No, the experience of waiting for a month to play the game with your online friends will be too awesome to miss out on.

There’s obviously another story here under the surface, though we currently only see the murky form of exclusive negotiations lurking beneath the surface of what is known.

Well, you can now look forward to a wonderful fall with Rock Band 3 coming to stores this October.

The third generation of Harmonix’s Rock Band will be released October 26, just in time for your Halloween party.

According to the company, the title will ship on October 26th in North America, with the Wii, PS3 and Xbox 360 versions priced at $59.99 sans hardware and the DS rendition at $29.99. Hop on past the break if you’re interested in learning about your wealth of pre-order options.

September promises to be a stellar DVD release month, with Iron Man 2’s DVD and Blu-Ray release date just announced for Sept. 28.

The Iron Man 2 DVD will be available both in a one and two disc package as well as a Blu-Ray combo pack, though we are still waiting on prices for these options.

Iron Man 2 of course follows Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) taking on new villain Whiplash, played by none other than Mickey Rourke.

We’ve been waiting quite a while for the release date reveal for the counterpart to the Samsung Galaxy S Smartphone and it looks like AT&T is finally blessing us with that info.

Come July 18, you will be able to purchase the new Samsung Captivate which will run Android programming and start at $200 with two-year contract of course.

With its launch, the Samsung Captivate will earn the distinction of being the most advanced smartphone with an Android base for AT&T, which has recently released several smartphones built on the Android program

Similar to other Galaxy S versions, the Samsung Captivate will run on the Android 2.1 program, and will later be upgraded to 2.2 by late summer. The smartphone boasts a 4-inch AMOLED display, 5-megapixel camera, 1 Ghz Hummingbird processor, 32 Gigs worth of storage, and Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth capabilities.
