The cat is out of the bag!  Capcom has officially given a release date for their upcoming Bionic Commando game.

The third-person action title will be available in the State May 19, and in the UK on May 23. 

There is no news on the PC release date, although Capcom did reveal that more details are to come, saying, “The PC version of Bionic Commando is due to ship shortly after the console release. More details surrounding the PC version will be following in the upcoming months.”
