A film that will show Michael Jackson rehearsing for his This Is It shows has received the official go-ahead by a judge.

Sony and Colombia Pictures were in court recently to negotiate details with the Jackson family and they have subsequently decided on a release date for the MJ 3D movie.

On October 30 the Jackson movie will be released, with 90% of proceeds going to the singer’s estate.
