On Wednesday Team 17 announced on their Facebook page that Worms 2: Armageddon would be released come July 1.

Next Wednesday will see the second installment of Worms on the Xbox Live Arcade which will retail for $10, or 800 Microsoft Points.

We haven’t even heard tail of Worms 2: Armageddon before now, so not even sure anyone will be playing this one.  Your thoughts?
