For the Memorial Day weekend Walt Disney has you covered in the theater department.  Mike Newell’s Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time is coming to cinemas near you May 28, 2010.

Starring the likes of Jake Gyllenhaal, Ben Kingsley, Gemma Arterton, Alfred Molina and Toby Kebbell, this PG-13 movie from the Pirates of the Caribbean team follows a rouge prince that joins forces with a mysterious princess to safeguard an ancient dagger that magically can release the Sands of Time.  The film is based on the video game of the same name.
